Radiation refers to the phenomenon that a part of the electromagnetic energy emitted by the field source spreads far away from the field source and then returns to the field source, and the energy spreads outward in the form of electromagnetic wave or particle.
All objects in nature, as long as the temperature is above absolute zero, are constantly transferring heat in the form of electromagnetic waves and particles. This way of transferring energy is called radiation.
Is radiation bad for you?
In general, people talk about change. But in fact, only a few kinds of radiation can cause irreparable damage to human health. Harmful radiation to human body includes but is not limited to: nuclear radiation, radioactive radiation, ultraviolet radiation, high doses of electromagnetic radiation.
So where exactly is the radiation that actually causes damage to the human body?
